SDMC10 series controller is a product designed for low-voltage DC brushed motors. Its special features include:
● Provides a set of 0~24V, 5A DC brushed motor output ports.
● The motor speed can be controlled manually or remotely by analog quantity using a potentiometer.
● The switch sensor can control the start and stop, and the sensor signal type can be set or automatically identified.
● A set of 24V/400mA control output ports can also be configured as sensor input ports to access two sets of sensor signals, and the logical relationship between the two sets of signals can be configured.
● Rich protection functions, input overvoltage, system overtemperature, output short circuit, motor overcurrent, etc.
● The negative resistance of the drive source is introduced to offset the motor's internal resistance to achieve constant speed or torque control without a sensor.
● Voltage and current dual closed-loop control, when the speed reaches the set value and the torque does not reach the set value, it runs at the set speed; when the torque reaches the set value, it runs at a constant torque; (the voltage parameter sets the speed, and the current parameter sets the torque).SDMC10 series controller is a product designed for low-voltage DC brushed motors.
